Vegan CBD Chocolate Ganache Pudding


This recipe is a rich as it sounds. Its seductive as hell. It's an intense dessert so don't be expecting to be live and kicking after this.

Omit the CBD if you wish but I believe CBD works well with rich desserts and cakes, especially chocolate

Makes 4 - 6 servings


70g coconut oil

1/4 teaspoon pink himalayan salt

60ml maple/agave/honey/brown rice syrup

150g cacao

6 tablespoon cold almond/soy/oat milk


How to make

1. Melt the coconut oil in a bain marie

2. Whisk in salt and the sweetener of your choice

3. Add cacao and whisk

4. Add the cold milk of your choice and whisk

5. Add around a pipette of CBD oil. I like to use 300mg CBD as it's not too strong

6. At this stage, add any extras you like - variations below

Serve in pots and chill

Variations I like are chocolate orange, chocolate and chilli, pistachio and mint

Chocolate Orange

At step 6 grate the zest of an orange into the mix. Serve with more zest on top

Chocolate and Chilli

At step 6 add 1 red chilli, chopped into the mix. Serve with whole chilli on top

Pistachio and Mint

Add 50g of pistachio and a handful of lealves of mint to a processer. Pulse to make a crumb. Serve this on top
